Collaborate is a Creative Management Agency born out of a desire to shake things up and be proactive for our people. It brings the teams from TMH Management and B&M Creative Artists together, along with overseas staff providing international representation in Asia, Australia, LA and the UK.

Representing names in film, TV, publishing, food, social media and live events, we have decades of experience and a proven track record of project success. We work with leaders, game changers and movement makers and combine them with business opportunities that build careers and ensure growth. But we are people focused – your stories and aspirations are important to building a future we can both be proud of.

Belinda Foster

She/Her

Belinda began working as an agent as Britney’s Baby One More Time hit the airwaves. Just like a solid gold song, Belinda is loved by many and her industry advice is played on repeat. She worked in London for five years, and returned to NZ to work on bringing personalities and celebrities to corporate and entertainment environments before setting up shop for herself in 2010. Smart, savvy and always ready with a smile, Belinda understands what it takes to make it in the global creative industry.
Tanya Horo

She/Her

Faster than Vin Diesel but with charm rather than fury, Tanya is a force of nature when it comes to getting things done. A celebrated performer with over fifteen years of experience in New Zealand, Australia and the USA, Tanya has an intimate understanding of how the entertainment industry works. She can spot talent from a hundred paces, and has seen some iconic names flourish under her direction. Brave, brilliant and bold enough to eat Bolognese while wearing white, Tanya brings passion, leadership, and a 360 understanding of the entertainment business to the Collaborate team.
Kate Sullivan

International Agent
She/Her

A natural negotiator. Kate has worked in all aspects of the casting world, crisscrossing the globe for the past two decades and working with global platforms including HBO, Hulu, Marvel, Amazon and Netflix. Currently based in Asia, she collaborates with our clients to ensure their international potential is fulfilled. A powerhouse agent, Kate brings people, messaging and story together with a truly global focus.

Kim has a keen eye for detail and an even keener nose for good coffee. With impeccable design skills and a clean modern aesthetic, Kim is the genius behind the look and feel of dozens of global brands. Whether it’s developing individual brands, or streamlining their online presence, Kim works with our clients to make sure they stand out in the crowded international marketplace.
Michele Powles

Wordsmith
She/Her

Having written everything from children’s radio to paint descriptions, Michele is a writer with range. A Robert Burns Fellow for literature and USA Today Best-Selling author for her saucy romance, Michele brings a passion for story to the team that has seen her penning scripts for our actors, copy for clients and books for us to read on our days off.
Vicki Marsdon

Literary Agent
She/Her

Fairy-bookmother to many, Vicki worked in publishing for over thirty years before becoming a literary agent for the last decade. She’s negotiated deals for some of New Zealand’s biggest recent literary hits and brokered international publishing, television and film agreements for her devoted clients.

Barkologist
He/Him

Available for wellness consultations, Astro is a Collie and a BFF who believes that treats and cuddles can fix pretty much anything. One woof yes, two woofs no.
