Rebecca Eggersglusz is an Auckland-based actor with a grounded screen presence and a strong sense of craft. Born in Zimbabwe and raised in South Africa, she brings a naturally global perspective to her work.

She studied Environmental Science and Drama at the University of Auckland, later continuing her training at the University of Glasgow. Her background spans modelling, sport, DJing, and movement-based work, all of which support her approach to character, physicality, and rhythm on screen.

Rebecca has appeared in the BBC One drama Our Girl (dir. Tony Grounds) and the short film Undercurrent (dir. Patrick Faliti), where she worked with a dialect coach to learn Arabic, Pashto and Broken English for the role. On stage, she has worked across contemporary and classical theatre including physical comedy, realism, Brecht, and Chekhov.

She approaches each project with preparation, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.
