He / Him
Christopher Moore appears in Avatar: Fire and Ash (2025) as a Sub Pilot, returning to the Avatar world after earlier work on Avatar 2: The Way of Water. He attended the New Zealand premiere in Wellington at the Embassy Theatre, a proper homecoming moment for a performer with one foot in Aotearoa and the other firmly in the international space.
He is a US and New Zealand dual citizen with a natural American accent, and he can neutralise it cleanly when a project needs something more global. His work sits comfortably inside technical environments where timing, precision and repeatability matter, without losing the human behaviour underneath.
Christopher trained at Toi Whakaari from 2018 to 2020, with a screen-focused approach and a strong understanding of what directors need in the room and on the day. He also comes from seven years of dance training across Ballet, Tap, Street and Jazz, reaching Level 6 NZAMD with honours, which shows up in his control, stamina, and spatial awareness on camera.
Alongside his international credits, Christopher will be seen in a leading role on New Zealand screens, bringing a straightforward, watchable presence that holds the frame and plays truthfully.
