A huge congratulations to Zennon Wijlens and Nick Honeyman of Paris Butter, who have been awarded a prestigious MICHELIN Star.

This is a remarkable achievement for Zennon, Nick, the Paris Butter team, and for Aotearoa New Zealand’s hospitality industry as a whole.

The arrival of The MICHELIN Guide in New Zealand has placed our restaurants, chefs and food talent into a new global conversation. For Paris Butter to be recognised with a MICHELIN Star is an extraordinary moment, and one that reflects years of skill, creativity, consistency and very hard work.
